@Cazie1959 if you know thst there is an issue affecting lines in your area there is nothing you can do tonspeed up getting them fixed. If you  want to check Sky arexaware run the Service Checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection. If thst doesnt tell you Sky know about te issue call them as that starts the clock for compensation should the fault not be fixed by next Tuesday night.
