Broadband down but website says it's working

My broadband is gone but the website says it's fine. There is no internet at all

At the time of night you've all posted it could be maintenance taking place. Whenever possible this is carried out overnight to keep disruption to a minimum as most customers are asleep. If it hasn't returned by the time the phone lines open in the morning give Sky a call to report it.

See my earlier post regarding maintenance taking place. It's the most likely reason.

My broadband was on and off all last night, I gave up and went to bed and when I got up this morning after carrying out all the checks and rebooting router internet is still dropping in and out it's a total pain in the a**e!

@Rabinlivi if your connection is still misbehaving now the cause is highly unlikely to be maintenance. If the service checker in the My Sky app run overca mobile connection is not telling you that Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line call Sky when thrir lines open in the next hout.
