Yet again we are having to reset the wifi all the time! Its shocking! Cant wait till august when we can leave! Time after time we have contacted you and you just fob us off! Its been terrible ever since it was installed!

My internet has gone down, power works, WiFi works, but internet doesn't. I have tried all the suggestions cables out cables in power off and on and reset button to no avail. I need an engineer, but I cannot get a telephone number for anyone.
