Connection issues

When I have completed a service checker, it tells me that there are issues with the WiFi. My sky puck is connecting to the WiFi but the speed is only 1.69mbps. I am struggling to complete my work during the day, and then in the evening I am unable to watch TV as nothing is loading. 

I have tried resetting and rebooting the WiFi and the puck as advised online by sky, but nothing is working.
