What are the LEDs on the hub showing see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start? If the hub is connected are devices connecting to the hub but you can't get a working internet connection or your devices simply wont connect ie refusing the password? If the hub isnt connected is the Sky staus page telling you anything aboutva fault in your area?
