I have the Sky BB Superfast and my guaranteed speed is 62Mb. I used to get like 70-75Mb for the first year but I am only getting max. 26Mb for the last month or so.
I wonder if there is a general problem or outage in my area (Fulham, London).

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYeah there is a fault there somewhere, your downstream speed is way too low for the relative upstream of 15mbps.
You'll need to contact Sky and report a fault, you can either give them a call or i can escalate your post on the forum so you can chat with an advisor.

Thanks for the support. I have already talked to someone at Sky but nothing changed. I asked if they could send an engineer to check, but no luck. So I decided to reach out in here.
