Cannot get access to Broadband Sheild

When I look at my account settings I see a message that states 'come back and see us when your broadband has been activated' Hmmm

I am using my broadband to access (or not access) the settings that ask me to return when its activated . I would estimate that my broadband has been active for at least 10 years so why is it asking me to return when its active?

@pete+h124  Give Sky a call to look into what is going on your account and get them to change the broadnd shield settings to what you would like and find out why you cannot access it yourself.
