Cannot connect to network

I have now been an hour trying to connect to my  network. it will not connect at all it's absolutely ridiculous. we have to do this on a daily  basis. we are just getting completely sick of it now

What lights are lit on the hub, if they all are have you tried a reboot of it at the mains ?

Yes we have. It eventually worked but we are having to do this all the time. Thank you
