Green flashing pon light on new installation. Nothing being done.

So I'm a new sky customer that had an engineer come on my activation date which was the 21st of this month and install my internal openreach box. Everything went smooth until he couldn't get a connection and the pon light was flashing green. He informed me that the openreach engineer that had installed my grey box outside has put the cable into the wrong port on the pole across the street so it's a 'simple fix' and that he'd sent an email to get someone to do it within the next 48 hours. Nobody turned up in that period of time and so I phoned sky, explained what had happened and I was told that they would look into it but it's now the 26th and I've heard nothing even though I keep getting told it should be a matter of days before I at least get an update. I wouldn't mind but I'm completely without internet and £6 a day compensation until it's sorted isn't going to make up for the money I'm losing from not being able to do my job. Is there really nothing I can do ?
