Cancelled switch, after better tariff offered - Where is it ??
I have cancelled my broadband switch with different vendor after discussing with your team, who promised me that, sky would give a better rate (a fixed £19 p/m for current speed of 150mbps).
I haven't received confirmation yet on this.. could you send me the contract details about it at earliest please..

@Visjwa you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. If the new tariff is not showing in your future bills onnthe website or in the My Sky app call Sky to query it. It will help if you can givecthe agent the date and time of your earlier call as if therecis a dispute Sky can listen to excatlyvwhat was promised as £19 pcm for 150Mb/s is extremly cheap.
