Cancelled home move

After a cancelled home move I have now tried to order sky broadband to be installed at my new property four times and no one seems to be able to help

What's happening when you try to order it so is it being cancelled each time ?

It's being cancelled every time. I go through the terms and conditions, accept them and then the order doesn't appear on their system. 
I spent three hours on the phone  trying to order it yesterday and the order is still not going through.

@JohnArdern The original home move, why was that cancelled is it clear and free now and the account closed against that home!
