I contacted sky over a month ago to cancel sky fibre I've check today. And it's still showing on my account I gave 30 day notice and I was out of contract

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jo+bristow you need to call Sky as it sounds like they have not actioned the cancellation. Normally you have to call to cancel if you did Sky will be able to listen to the call recording and should be able to back date the date. However if you sent an email or used an online nessage these simply don't work. In theory a letter sent by recorded delivery should work but in practice can be very slow. You need to talk to the team who handle cancellations..
