Broadband not connected

After 2 visits from openreach our broadband is still not up and running 

Both have come and told us the connection has been cut, when is likely to be rectified ?

@RobT1000 you will not get a definite answer as to when any fault will be fixed. Openreach just dont give any of their customers including Sky definite dates for future work the best you get is a date for the next update. You will be due compensation once it is fixed as explained here Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
