Cancelled broadband

Hi virgin cancelled our broadband on Monday as we are switching to them .but had a message from you about the found work that is needed for you to connect the broadband,which we are now not having .

@Paul1239 Your posting makes NO sense in the slightest, you may understand it but know on else will. VM and Sky are completely different and also supplied completely different, one is not able to use the others supplied lines or anything from each other, competing companies!

Why do you say you are not now having, have you changed your mind and cancelled your Sky broadband order ?
