Cancellation

I have switched to Virgin Media and have a message from Sky that they need to talk to me about the cancellation. It directs me to chat online to the virtual assistant, who absolutely can not help and there is no option to discuss the cancellation. The only thing it does is direct me to a help page which ironically tells me to open the chat bot again! I am so frustrated. This is case in point why I'm leaving Sky, such a difficult company to talk to when you have any issues. So, what do I do now? I absolutely am switching to VM and this process should be an automatic switch, but Sky are making it manual and cumbersome.

@Lostproperty Are you calling them direct, just hold on the line and try not to be directed to the forum help!
