Hub keeps stopping working
Hello, we haven't had any broadband this week. The hub suddenly came to life Friday morning just before the engineer arrived I booked on Monday. He checked and was all working. Now getting an error message and its saying our connection isn't strong but should improve in 7 days. Any ideas what it could be or what wee can do?

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

About three times now my hub stopped working for no reason why is this and can you sort the problem out? If not I'm going to move companies again

@Adelemarie1984 No one on the Forum would have any clue as to why the connection dropped or stopped working for you, and if you wish to change service provider that is completely up to you! If you wish any assistance from the Forum with specific's then you could ask that
