Cancellation fee
I have cancelled my sky broadband the payment was meant to come out on the 6th but i changed it to the 7th jan but it never came out and i dont know why

@Demz28 When did you cancel with sky, you are aware that you pay Broadband with a one month advanced payment up front, so you may not even have to pay anything and a partial refund may be sitting in your billing for you! Take a look at the bills compare it to the previous months to see!
Changing payment dates depending on when can also lead to a bill being delayed and missed month, but a double payment to catch back up, all depends on the timescale and adjustment!

I cancelled it last month the cancellation payment was meant to come out on th 7th january i got an estimated payment amount of 184 as i switched to you fibre coz its cheaper and i was getting faster broadband but it never came out the person i spoke to to change the date didnt seem to know what they were doing and werent very helpful and quite short with me even though i was being patient i rhen called after the payment date and they were having issues with their systems and told me theyd call back but never did my bill this month is only £19 odds thankfully so i have no idea whats going on

@Demz28 Have you logged into your account to take a look or has sky shut you all down now with no access?
