I have recently requested a change of address as I have purchased a new house, unfortunately the moving date has been cancelled but my broadband has been switched off this morning before I was able to cancel the switch with sky, the help line phone number is useless as I can't actually speak to a person, anybody have any ideas on how I can get my broadband reactivated at my address?
