Cancel openreach appt for tomorrow

Not sure if Sky Accessibility is correct or not.  I have an appt for OpenReach to come to my home tomorrow but need  to cancel as I am unavailabile.  How do I do this as I tried so many different sites

Cancelling at such short notice will incur a £25 charge. You'll need to contact Sky to cancel.

@Dawn-openreach If you have also possibly had any text from OR do the cancel to them as well! Notice this short in time is just too hard on the scheduling!
