Hi!
I received a letter about the cancellation of the account but I did not call anywhere and did not confirm that I wanted to change the account and I do not have any other supplier in my apartment and I would not like to change another supplier.

You need to call Sky to sort this as the forum is mainly customers helping customers, you're not speaking to Sky Customer services.
