Cancel account

Hi!

 I received a letter about the cancellation of the account but I did not call anywhere and did not confirm that I wanted to change the account and I do not have any other supplier in my apartment and I would not like to change another supplier.

@Robert33 Your image can't be shown as you've included personal info, mainly your account number, you should never post any kind of personal info on any public forum.

 

You need to call Sky to sort this as the forum is mainly customers helping customers, you're not speaking to Sky Customer services.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
