Our broadband speed seems really slow and I have been trying to update for ages-but every time I get to the point of upgrade on the sky site it says technical error and I can't get any further-is there any way of sorting this out-I have been trying for months!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@GH15 Give Sky a call just dial 150 on your landline and just listen through the voice prompts. Might find you get a better deal than on the website.
