I have recently started my broadband contract with SKY and it seems there are some pre existing controls that aren't allowing me to download certain games and shows. After the search on community, it seems the shield is on.
I have tried both on the SKY app and the website to turn it off. However, it isn't allowing me to turn the settings off. Please guide.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@AB2501 If have just joined Sky and unable to see this in my my account under the broadband & talk tab. Then it would be the best idea to give Sky a call and they can check for you if there is an issue on your account.
Just dial 150 and listen through the voice prompts if they send you a text stay on the line to speak to an advisor.
