@AB2501 If have just joined Sky and unable to see this in my my account under the broadband & talk tab. Then it would be the best idea to give Sky a call and they can check for you if there is an issue on your account.
Just dial 150 and listen through the voice prompts if they send you a text stay on the line to speak to an advisor.
