Can’t turn off or edit broadband shield settings

Hi

I cant seem to turn off or change the settings on my broadband shield.

Ive tried logging into my acccount on the webpage and also on the iphone app.

In both cases I can find my way to where i turn this off/ change the settings, but the settings dont respond when i tap/ click on them. 

The blue "always active" button stays on whatever else I click on, and the drop downs to change the "Inactive from" and "Inactive until" times dont move/ change when I click on them.

Any advice would be much appreciated
