Can’t see wifi

Can't find my wifi name, or connect to it because of this. 

it keeps saying it's okay but it's not

Hello, Once you connect to the wifi does it show up as SKY? If it doesn't better checking the Admin Panel to see if it was changed or needs rebooting.

Hello, Once you connect to the wifi does it show up as SKY? If it doesn't better checking the Admin Panel to see if it was changed or needs rebooting.
