Can’t play sky channels

My broadband connection keeps going from connected to not connected. Therefore, I can't watch any sky channels.

@Wolf4 run the service checker https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus to see if Sky are aware of an issue if they aren't call them to report your broadband issue.
