@A+Jakubik what do the lights on your Sky hub show https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start?

 

If the hub is showing its not connected to the line run  https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus over a mobile connection which should show you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line assuming they arent call them to report the issue.
