Can't order broadband issue

Hi I ordered a package including internet, TV, and Netflix. An engineer came and installed the satellite dish and TV. When I asked about the internet, he said the router would arrive within 2 days. It's been a week now and I still haven't received anything. I also tried to add the broadband service myself, but I wasn't able to. Could someone please help me with this? My contract with Eir ended on May 8th, and at the moment I'm being charged high fees for Eir internet and TV. On top of that, I'm also paying for Sky TV.

Unlike Virgin, Sky doesn't 'package' subscription television with broadband.  They may be co-sold, but remain separate services with different contracts and delivery schedules.

@Marcinex you can of course call Sky but you can check progress yourself in the My Orders section of tge My Sky app. Openreach whose network Sky uses have a standard 2 week lead time to activate an existing line if you do not have a working line one has to be installed which can take longer.

@Marcinex Below is the number just be sure to select the EIR option to change to the correct settings, and hope that the correct info is supplied. Need more help will display hopefully that you need.
