Need a plug to fit wifi box

I have ordered a wifi bok from you guys however there isnt anywhere for me to fit it as i havent got wifi plug and one needs to be fitted in i should be getting activiated on the 27th May

I havent got a plug where to fit in a wifi box as my flat had been in a fire and ive ordered one of you guys and my activation is on the 27thMay so i need an engineer to fit this in please i can do from tomorrow at any time thanks.

Not sure what you mean by a wifi box? Do you mean a booster? A new router? Both of these would need mains power. 

Are you getting broadband supplied by Sky? What exactly have you ordered from Sky?

If you have placed a broadband order & your activation date is the 27th of May then an engineer will attend to fit a connection point on that day.
