I have ran service checker which says I have a connection and WiFi, so all is good... HOWEVER, I have reset the Rounter 3 times but the internet light won't come on and not getting any internet whatsoever???

I am having the same issue! Very frustrating and can not find any information to contact sky. Becoming a regular occurance!

Same problem. Middle light is Amber. No Wi-Fi.
Ran Sky broadband tests and say everything is fine, which it obviously isn't.

I have the same problem .... could it be because of the cold weather 🤔 I hope it comes back on before my child wakes up .
