Can’t online

I have ran service checker which says I have a connection and WiFi, so all is good... HOWEVER, I have reset the Rounter 3 times but the internet light won't come on and not getting any internet whatsoever???

I am having the same issue! Very frustrating and can not find any information to contact sky. Becoming a regular occurance!

Same problem. Middle light is Amber. No Wi-Fi.

 

Ran Sky broadband tests and say everything is fine, which it obviously isn't.

Same here. Test says everything fine but no wifi and voice light amber, but according to everyone I've ever spoke to at Sky, the voice light makes no difference to Internet but ever time my Internet goes down, about 2-3 times a month, amber voice light no Internet. It's pathetic can't wait to change my provider when my contract runs out.

I have the same problem .... could it be because of the cold weather 🤔  I hope it comes back on before my child wakes up .
