Can't connect to wireless satnav

I have recently got sky broadband, I have managed to connect phones and kids tablets to the wifi. But i am not able to connect my wireless satnav to install updates.

Satnav keeps saying wifi connection failed.

Any ideas how i can connect the wifi to sat nav as satnav needs an update.

@Kat891 Not knowing what the sat nav can do you may wish to look at the hub link and split the bands for it, then see what the sat nav can connect to.
