Can't connect to wifi / Safesearch

Hi community, 

 

I'm new to Sky, and I manage our broadband as my mum isn't very tech savy. Neither am I it seems!

I'm having a couple of issues, if anyone can help with please?

 

• Broadband Shield - trying to view this page on the PC, the webpage doesn't load for me and says 'we're sorry there's been a problem'. We don't need safesearch to be on. I can't turn it off in the app, either.

 

•  I can't get the Nintendo Switch nor my new iPhone to connect to the wifi, which is hinding setup.

@Jacky1969 to change the settings on Broadband Shield you need to be using the Sky id linked to the account.

 

The Nintendo switch and the iPhone should connect to the new hub but on occasions devices can need a bit of a kick. Tell the device to forget the Sky connection then restart each devicecand try again from scratch but do be careful you are getting the log on correct its easy to mistake a letter for a number and vice versa.
