Can’t connect to tv

Can't connect new router ( WiFi ) to the tv, we try manually, reset network, wired, wireless, still not working. We connected to our apple phones but somehow can't to tv 😞 anyone can help with?

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3-T to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

@TimmyBGood we have the Sky Broadband Hub (black) not the Max. Other devices in the house connect to it fine, so think I will have to phone Sky to sort it out...
