Re: Can't connect to Internet
@Goddess110 do other devices near the hub connect normally? Do the leds on the booster show it is connected? If not as Boosters need a strong signal from the hub to work so check it is roughly halfway between where tge hub is and where you need the boist.

Re: Can't connect to Internet
Thanks. I have tried to reboot the router a few times, and it's flashing a red light each time. Which apparently means theres a problem and I need to contact their customer service team. But they open at 8am and that when I need to be logged in to work. The last time this happened, the sky engineer on the phone said placing the booster plug near the tv in the main room is fine.
It's really frustrating that this happens especially when I need to be working. And as I'm paying a premium price for the service.. 😞

Re: Can't connect to Internet
@Goddess110 I appreciate it is frustrating but Sky's lines start opening from 7am. Please do read what I ssid about positioning the booster - not boasting but I have fixed far more wifi issues over the years than a Sky customer services rep (they are not engineers).
That you are choosing to use your connection for work is perfectly fine but it is sold as a domestic service and youbget no priority.
