Can’t connect telly

Had the tv connected until a few days ago it's showing as an available strong connection but won't allow me to establish or connect at all

@Sradcliffe43 If everything else is working, then TV make it forget the network connection, switch off at the power, NO standby, leave for 5 minutes until everything decay's power wise on the TV and start again when it is back on!
