Can’t connect sky box to sky router

I've gone through all the recommendations several times but still has cross next to internet connection but a tick by broadband router.

@AJChex What lights are on or off in the sky Hub that you see, is anything else connected fine to the sky hub and going out to the internet, ie like your mobile?

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

The hub has a white light, mobiles, laptops all connected fine

@AJChex With the current postings not sure if you are looking at any off those, but there may be a sky TV issue going on at present!
