Can’t connect my sky q box to my new wifi

Recently upgraded my broadband and now can't get my sky boxes to connect to the wifi

If you had a new hub you would either need to set them up again or login to your new hub to change the wifi password to the same one that previous hub used.

I was given a new router by sky for the new fiber broadband and fir the life of me cannot connect my TV to the wifi. I've even manually typed in the new password but it still won't connect. So frustrating! U can still watch sky on the main Q box but not Netflix and can't watch anything on the other mini Q box......
