Close the contract

Hi, I would like to

Close my contract with your internet as soon as possible I am so disappointed about your service. All the time I got problems with the internet connection and Netflix I am not able to watch nothing on internet and even I don't have any full signal on my devices in the house. I really want to close the contract with you asap

To cancel Sky Broadband and Sky Talk the below link explains how to switch to an alternative provider or the various methods on cancelling completely.

If you try to cancel whilst still in a minimum term deal you might have to pay an early termination charge (Sky will notify you if you do and how much they’ll charge).

NOTE: One Touch Switching only applies to broadband and Talk and NOT a TV subscription.

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of the 14 day notice period to the address the account was registered at. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.

@Maria22grecu  You can't raise this in a public community, you need to give Sky 14 daus notice for broadband if you're outside the minimum term or simply choose a new provider and switch to them using OTS.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
