Can’t connect brother printer to wifi?

I can't seem to connect my brother printer to my sky router. I tried what other people have said about unticking the box - Synchronise 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Settings but every time I try it kicks me out? And says 'Safari cannot open the page because the network connection was lost.' Yet my internet is fine and everything else works perfect!

@CLouiseCan you do this with something chrome please as there is a known bug with Safari  with the router interface.
