Can’t connect Broadband to TV
I seem to have an issue connecting my sky boxes to my broadband. I've tried reconnecting using the WPS button as the broadband is working fine but when I do it quickly changes from intermittent orange to quick red flashes. Anyone got an idea?

Re: Can’t connect Broadband to TV
@PaulK85 what Sky boxes do you have are they the Sky Q boxes or the newer Sky Stream boxes? If you have Sky Q unplug the boxes from the mains. Then choose the Q box closest to the hub and restart that and try the wps connection by pressing the button on the Sky box and theh on the hub (on the upright type of hub its on the side) they then should flash amber turning to green when connected. The go to the next Q box and this time link to the first Q box if its closer than the hub. If you get stuck call Sky as they will send out an engineer.
If you have Sky Stream if the units havecto be each connected to the hub. If they wont connect by wps they maybe too far from the hub and you msy need to improve your homes wifi which isnt something Sky will do unless you buy either the Wifi boost pack which gets you a boister if you nedd one but costs £5 a month. They also have a new Wifi Max bundle at £7.50 a month which gets a new router and up to 3 extenders if an engineer decides you need one after a visit.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
