Can't call sky or rearrange engineer online

I've arranged an engineer visit for broadband for tomorrow and received a text telling me to update the request online, the link to my sky help requests does not work. In My Sky the unwanted engineer visit shows, and not one number I have for Sky to call them will connect from 2 different phones, all say call ended!

You can call Sky by dialling 150 from your Sky Talk landline.
