Sky WiFi max

I have recently upgraded to sky WiFi max and fibre 500, I am now having dark spots in my home that I didn't have on my previous package of ultrafast 150 , my hub is still in the same place so nothing else has changed but the equipment.

@Watts901 the Sky Max hub does seem to have issues in some properties but do you have Sky Q boxes by an chance? With the old black Sky Broadband hub these acted as WiFi hot spots which they no longer do with the white hubs?

Yes but the sky Q box is located right next to the broadband hub
