Can’t access over 18’s sites

Hey there, my Sky Broadband went live yesterday but I can't for the life of me work out how to access sites for over 18's only. There must be a way to unblock these? I'm rubbish with technology, so will need it explaining to me like I'm a toddler!

You'll need to change your Sky broadband shield settings. The guide to do that can be found here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-using

@RachelWriggler by default Sky have to set the Broadband Shield filter to Age 13. The account holder can change the setting in the My Sky app see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-start
