Can’t Access Anything - Broadband

So I have just recently joined sky broadband but I can't seem to access or change anything via the app or web browser.

I can't access or see my bill - it tells me the page is restricted.

I have also tried setting up controls on Broadband Shield but the page won't even load past the login page and says there is an error. 

I don't know what else to do as I have tried on different devices and browsers so it seems like a problem with my account.

@HolsA if you cannot log in to see your account details check you are using the correct Sky id especially if you had Sky services in the past only the id. Linked tomthe new account will work. If you are really stuck give Sky a call -mdialling 150 on your Sky Talk lline is free - but be orepared to answer security questions before they can sort your account.
