Can i have openreach

The landlord has already installed Openreach fibre for each flat in the block I live in. Cityfibre is available on my street. The landlord won't agree to a second fibre installation. How can I upgrade to sky fibre package using the Openreach installation. I have sky Q tv, broadband and talk. I've been a sky customer for over 25 years

@JohnS20 Check with sky, what is offered to you for a package upgrade to a FF Full Fibre connection,  for example FF500 then OR Openreach is a 500/70Mb/s split, CF City Fibre would be 500/500Mb/s symmetrical speeds! Link below should say!

Thanks, that is helpful and I've had a look. The website suggests it'll be an OR connection. However, a neighbour made an Sky enquiry, but didn't agree to anything, and today a CF contractor turned up to do an install. They had to abort the call as the landlord wouldn't allow them to go ahead, as there are already OR points in the building

Is there anyway to talk to someone in Sky, the chatbot just goes round in circles .

Even if you get through, call handlers almost certainly cannot over-ride a sales system which insists on provisioning over CityFibre where that's available.
