Hi
Can anyone help please, this is a recurring issue, once again we have a message saying no internet, the system ( after a reboot ) says we are connected to the router but again the screen goes to No internet connection I have tried checking this through the sky app and it says everything is working, this is not the case and the town nearby has at least 30-40 people complaining of the same issue plus getting hold of someone at Sky is impossible, this is very frustrating and just about the last straw do sky think we are all happy to pay money for a service when one of their devices says something is wrong and the other says it is OK
