I've left the property for holiday and want to know can I suspend the broadband but then reinstate it once home? I can continue to pay the bill

@Jim+1989 Your broadband has to stay live. If you don't want anyone using it while you are away then turn it off. It can't be suspended.

Okay, can I change the WiFi password without being connected to it?

@Jim+1989 If you are doing that then you would have to connect via ethernet cable to change this setting.
