I have 2 iPhones (one is my daughter's) on Sky mobile. We changed from BT to Sky broadband 2 weeks ago for a faster upload and download speed.
my mobile shows full Wi-Fi signal, but only works if I am within 2m of the hub. My iPad is fine, my daughter's mobile is slower but OK. After a few days, I managed to get Alexa's and games consoles online. But iPhone still doesn't work... really irritating!
I have checked for updates, reinstalled Wi-Fi, turned hub off and on. I have x5 extenders in the house, all connected correctly, and mobile still really slow or doesn't work at all for Wi-Fi.
Any more tips?

Are those 'x5 extenders' Sky hardware or a different system? Have you reset them since changing ISP?
While having multiple nodes wireless might seem like a good idea, it's frequently counterproductive.

Have you tried the WiFi with just the router on to start with, and all the extenders unplugged?

Thanks for the responses. The extenders have been great, and work brilliantly for the other bits of tech we have. It's just my iPhone that doesn't work at home. I'm in an old house with incredibly thick stone walls. Yes, I have reset them since changing IP.
