Can I change my router from 5.0GHz to 2.4GHz

I have an appliance (heater) which requires 2.4GHz but my Wi-Fi is apparently 5.0GHz. Apparently 5.0 is faster and more suited to gaming (which we don't bother with) but covers a smaller area. We have poor reception in some parts of our 3bed semi so I think 2.4 might work better for as it has a broader range. I'm not clear though whether this is something that is fixed by Sky or something I can change myself?

Hi @Debdid

Not sure what you are trying to show with the screenshot you posted but if you follow the link that @cookiemonsteruk posted it will take you to a set of instructions on how to split the two WiFi bands.
